NCSLA is dedicated to making a difference and that starts with education. We are the premiere education provider for the Long Term Care Industry. Training opportunities are offered throughout the year by the Education Foundation. These include Regional Training, our Convention & Trade Show, our Spring Conference and other special events where members and non-members can earn Continuing Education credits and share in the benefit of structured educational materials. Additionally, NCSLA is proud to offer a state approved 120 hour Administrator Training Program which is open to any registrant, member or not.  View the AIT Registration Brochure here for more information about our program. The NCSLA Education Foundation has developed a variety of educational materials that assist our members in providing high quality services, including the “Operations Manual for Adult Care Homes” and the “ACH Personal Care Staff Training Manual”. These can be purchased for use at a discounted rate for members.
